Investment Criteria

Harvest Capital seeks opportunistic real estate investments which meet the following criteria:

Property Types: Office, residential, industrial, power, hospitality and commercial mixed-use, both in the United States and overseas. Additional property types will also be considered.
Geographic Focus: Focused on opportunities in the Southeast and Texas.
Transaction Size: Equipped to handle development projects from $10-$200 million total transaction capitalization; $2-$10 million Harvest Co-GP or LP equity investment.
Investment Hold Period: Opportunities with 1 to 5 year hold period.
